Design
The award winning (Aust Design Award, BHP Award for Consumer Products and Prince Phillip Prize for Australian Design Finalist), Enzie steel spiral staircase is designed with clean sculptured lines which blend perfectly with modern and traditional décor. The modular construction can be assembled to curve to the right or left of the central column. The staircase is available in 1300mm, 1500mm, 1750mm and 1880mm diameters.
Finishes
A wide range of decorator colours meets almost every decorating situation. blend the stair in a monochromatic scheme, dramatically contrast with bold colour or elegantly complement with stainless steel. To ensure durability the steel components are powder coated with polyester paint and oven baked in the factory. External stairs are galvanised before being powder coated.
Strength and Durability
An Accreditation Certificate issued under the BCA endorses the safety elements of the system. The all metal structure and assembly (made from Australian Steel) ensures strength and stability. There are no ugly welds, bolts, corners or projections. The staircase is structurally independent between levels. Durable anti-slip rubber pads on the stair treads ensure safe and quiet access.
Installation
The enzie stair components are supplied in a kit form. A competent handyman can install it and achieve a professional finish. An installation service by experienced Enzie people is available in most areas.
