For anyone seeking a budget priced timber ladder, the Economy ladder is a 2-3 hour do-it-yourself project. It not only saves you money, but also allows you to gain access to that unused roof space or garage roof area. The economy ladder is the perfect ladder for those who would like to save money without sacrificing on quality and durability. The Economy ladder is strong, durable and safe to use.

Safe:

Extra toe room between the treads and the hatch make this a very safe ladder.
The 360mm x 85mm timber treads are spaced a comfortable 240mm apart.

Versatile:

The Economy ladder can be set at any height within the ceiling. This allows for the application of a variety of lining materials to the hatch to match your ceiling, i.e. lining board.

Supplied FULLY Assembled:

Your economy ladder is suupplied fully assembled making installation easy.

Easy to Use:

The unique spring balancing mechanism allows you to operate your ladder without fear of it snapping shut into the ceiling or falling down. Your ladder is reached with a steel rod. It then locks into place and is easily unfolded.

Lockable Hatch:

The economy ladder is fitted with a unique espagnolette lock for security.
